Crawl Space Ninja of Raleigh is locally owned by Chris and Jessica Jackson. We live and work here in Holly Springs, and for 6 years we've been the family homeowners call when mold and moisture show up underneath the house.
This is a small, family-owned business. Chris and Jessica Jackson run it together from Holly Springs — Chris in the field, Jessica in the office — and both of them are invested in making sure every job is done the way they'd want it done under their own home.
Before the crawl space work, Chris spent his career as a Wake County Sheriff's deputy. That background matters to us less as a title and more as a way of showing up: be on time, tell the truth about what you find, do what you said you'd do, and leave the place cleaner than you found it. It's the same reason homeowners tell us they feel comfortable having him inside their home — and under their house.

Chris Jackson is the CEO of Crawl Space Ninja of Raleigh and a retired law enforcement professional proudly serving homeowners across Raleigh, Holly Springs, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Knightdale, Durham, Chapel Hill, and the greater Triangle area of North Carolina.
Before leading Crawl Space Ninja of Raleigh, Chris built his career around service, trust, discipline, and protecting others. That same mindset now guides the way he approaches every home, every inspection, and every recommendation. For Chris, crawl space work is not just about what is happening under the house. It is about helping homeowners protect their property, their indoor air quality, their comfort, and their peace of mind.

Jessica brings a strong focus on community, customer care, and the relationships that are at the heart of a trusted local business. Her goal is to help homeowners feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.
